Negligent

Yeah, I know, it's been awhile.

I will catch you up, I promise! And yes, Ethan is doing fabulous! He finally got out of the hospital shortly before Christmas after a number of struggles and setbacks. He continues to have struggles and difficulties, but makes gains daily and we are most pleased with how his recovery is going!

My small family is doing well, Rachael turned 2 in October, and is rapidly growing from a baby into a little girl. Plus she's finally sleeping through the night (mostly)! Hooray!

Abby is coming down the home stretch for preschool. Kindergarten in the fall! And talking! Her vocabulary has increased significantly in the past month or so, adding "book", "socks", "Pa" (grandpa), and "peh-shaz" (pizza) this past week alone!

And a new baby come May!

Yep, we're now a whole 23 weeks into this relatively problem-free pregnancy, and things are going smoothly. He (and I say "he" to distinguish between the baby and my girls, but I really don't know the gender of the baby) has been making his presence known the past few weeks, and Daddy has even been able to feel the baby move at 20 or so weeks, even with an anterior placenta (meaning it's in the front of the uterus, "in the way" so to speak... the same I was with Rachael!). So, strong baby and quite uncooperative with the sonographer! LOL.
